生化机理：Bisacodyl is a hygroscopic diphenol which has been implicated in the inhibition of (Na+K)ATPase, the increase of mucosal PGE2, and the activation of adenyl cyclase in rat intestine studies.Na + /K + -ATPase inhibitor. Increases mucosal PG2E levels. Stimulates adenylyl cyclase activity. Stimulates enteric nerves and selectively increases lower intestinal motility. Shows laxative effects in vivo. Orally active.
