产品介绍：In (acac)3 is the indium complex of acetylacetone. Metal acetylacetonates exhibit high sensitivity to oxidizing gases.In (acac)3 is used as a precursor for the synthesis of In2O3. Indium(III) acetylacetonate acts as a catalyst in the synthesis of oxindole derivatives. In (acac)3 were studied to be used as gas sensors. It is used in the synthesis of indium tin oxide nanocrystals (ITO).[3] Thin-film solar cells are synthesized with atomic layer chemical vapor deposition using In (acac)3 and H2S.In (acac)3 is the indium complex of acetylacetone. Metal acetylacetonates exhibit high sensitivity to oxidizing gases.
