生化机理：AM679 is a drμg which acts as a selective inhibitor of 5-Lipoxygenase-activating protein (FLAP). This protein is involved in the production of cysteinyl leukotrienes which are involved in inflammation, and AM679 has anti-inflammatory effects in animal studies. AM679 also showed potent inhibition of leukotrienes in human blood and in a rodent bronchoalvelolar lavage (BAL) challenge model. Research showed AM679 reduces inflammation in the respiratory syncytial virus-infected mouse eye.
