生化机理：GW 9508 is a cell-permeable aminophenylpropanoate that acts as a potent and selective agonist for the G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) GRP40/FFA1 receptor (EC50 ～50 nM) with reduced activity towards family members GRP120 (EC50 ～3.5 μM), GRP41/GRP43 (EC50 >50 μM), as well as a panel of eight other free fatty acid (FFA) and prostaglandin receptors. GW 9508 has been shown to induce GPR40-dependent Ca2+ mobilization in HEK 293 cells and potentiate glucose-stimulated insulin secretion in MIN6 cells.Potent, selective FFA 1 receptor agonist (pEC 50 values are 7.32, < 4.3 and < 4.3 for FFA 1 , FFA 2 and FFA 3 respectively). CCL5, CCL17, and CXCL10 induction. Shows anti-inflammatory effects. Shows antihyperglycemic effects in vivo.
