生化机理：Cefdinir is a cephalosporin antibiotic, structurally similar to cefixime;Cefdinir disrupts the synthesis of the peptidoglycan layer of bacterial cell walls. It is effective against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. In human neutrophils, Cefdinir inhibits human neutrophil myeloperoxidase in the extracellular medium but not in the phagolysosome .Broad spectrum β-lactam antibiotic agent. Potent and competitive PBP2s inhibitor (IC 50 = 10 - 350 pM). Inhibits peptidoglycan synthesis. Shows bactericidal effects against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria in vivo. Orally active.
