生化机理：SC-514 is a selective and reversible inhibitor of IKKβ (IKK-2) (IC50 = 3-12 μM) that displays >10-fold selectivity over 28 other kinases, including JNK, p38, MK2, and ERK. This compound attenuates NF-κB-induced gene expression of IL-6, IL-8 and Cox-2 (IC50 = 20, 20, and 8 μM, respectively). Improper activation of NF-κB has been linked to cancer, immune and inflammatory diseases, and viral infection.Selective, ATP-competitive, irreversible IKKβ inhibitor (IC 50 = 3-12 μM). Reduces iNOS induction. Shows anti-inflammatory effects in vivo. Orally active.
