生化机理：Brefeldin A (BFA) is a fungal metabolite which disrupts the structure and function of the Golgi apparatus. BFA is an activator of the sphingomyelin cycle. Brefeldin A-mediated apoptosis has been observed in human tumor cells.Reversible inhibitor of protein translocation from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi apparatus. Inhibits binding of the cytosolic coat protein, β-COP and ADP-ribosylation factor (ARF) to Golgi membranes and inhibits GDP-GTP exchange.
