生化机理：RG108 is a non-nucleoside DNA methyltransferase (Dnmt) inhibitor that blocks the enzyme active site. RG108 inhibits DNA methylation in human cancer cell lines without detectable toxicity in vitro. The compound demethylates and reactivates epigenetically silences tumor suppressor genes.Novel, non-nucleoside DNA methyltransferase (DNMT) inhibitor, capable of interacting with the DNMT1 active site (IC 50 = 115 nM). Inhibits DNA methylation in human cancer cell lines.
