生化机理：Sumatriptan succinate is a selective 5-HT1 receptor agonist with specificity towards 5-HT1D, 5-HT1B and 5-HT1A. In addition, the physicochemical properties of Sumatriptan succinate can be characterized using FT-IR, HPLC, SEM and XRD. It has been reported that Sumatriptan succinate can be produced via reactive precipitation without the presence of surfactants. Further studies show that molecules of Sumatriptan succinate are carried throμgh cells using liposomes, with positively charged liposomes exhibiting the highest loading efficiency.5-HT 1 receptor agonist (K i values are 17, 27 and 100 nM at 5-HT 1D , 5-HT 1B and 5-HT 1A receptors, respectively). Also shows affinity for 5-HT 1F receptor (EC 50 = 247 nM). Reduces vascular inflammation associated with migraine.
