生化机理：Ethynyl Estradiol is a synthetic analog of estradiol, often used in combination with a progestin. Efficacy of administration is facilitated by the ethynyl substitution at the C-17 position, which inhibits first pass hepatic metabolism. Rapidly absorbed from gastrointestinal tract.Potent estrogen receptor agonist (EC 50 = 3.6 nM). Semisynthetic 17β-estradiol analog with 0.8 times potency. Shows potent estrogenic effects. Inhibits ovulation in vivo. Orally active.
