生化机理：Valnemulin hydrochloride is a salt derived from valnemulin, and is a broad spectrum antibiotic used to control gastrointestinal infections. Valnemulin inhibits protein synthesis by binding to domain V of 23S RNA. Valnemulin targets primarily bacteria of the Mycoplasma genus responsible for bovine respiratory infections. Valnemulin is commonly used in clinical in vitro microbiological antimicrobial susceptibility tests (panels, discs, and MIC strips) against Mycoplasma microbial isolates. Medical microbiologists use AST results to recommend antibiotic treatment options for infected patients.Broad-spectrum bacteriostatic agent. Binds to peptidyl transferase in the 50S ribosomal subunit. Inhibits bacterial protein synthesis. Shows antibacterial effects against Mycoplasma bovis in vivo. Orally active.
