生化机理：Ketoprofen is a non-selective NSAID which inhibits both human recombinant Cox-1 (IC50 of 0.5 μM) and Cox-2 (IC50 of 2.33 μM). Ketoprofen is used for its antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory properties by inhibiting Cox-1 and Cox-2 (cyclooxygenase-1 and -2) enzymes reversibly, which decreases production of pro-inflammatory prostaglandin precursors.Non-selective COX inhibitor. Anti-inflammatory and anticancer agent. Active in vivo and in vitro .
