生化机理：Antifungal macrolactone antibiotic that inhibits protein tyrosine kinase. Radicicol induces the differentiation of HL-60 cells into macrophages, blocking cell cycle at G1 and G2. It suppresses NIH 3T3 cell transformation by diverse oncogenes such as src, ras and mos and also suppresses the expression of mitogen-inducible cyclooxygenase-2. As a cell differentiation modulator, radicicol has anti-angiogenic activity in vivo, inhibiting the proliferation of and plasminogen activator production by vascular endothelial cells.Heat shock protein 90 inhibitor and antifungal antibiotic. Binds to the N-terminal ATP/ADP-binding domain suppressing cell transformation induced by src, ras and mos. Induces cell cycle arrest at G 1 -S phase. Shows antiangiogenic effects in vivo .

产品介绍：Radicicol, a microbial cell differentiation modulator originally extracted from Neocosmospora tenuicristata, has been shown to inhibit proliferation and plasminogen activator production by vascular endothelial cells. Radicicol inhibits the expression of Cox-2 (IC50 = 27 nM) without affecting Cox-1 expression in LPS-stimulated macrophages. It is also a potent inhibitor of Hsp90. Experiments sμggest that radicicol reduces the intracellular level of autophosphorylation of p60v-src as well as other tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins via inhibition of SRC kinases.
