生化机理：Zoledronic acid monohydrate, also known as cgp 42'446, is a heterocyclic bisphosphonate that is considered to have the highest potency of bisphosphonates for suppression of increased bone resorption and has been used in several osteoporosis studies. The compound has been observed to be more effective than pamidronate. Zoledronic acid has been used in studies investigating mesothelioma. Zoledronic acid monohydrate is an inhibitor of ASM and FDPS and an activator of PKC.
