Recently it was discover that the compound inhibits ABCG2 transported protein, which overexpression in tumors is associated with drμg resistance.Non-selective dopamine, 5-HT1 and 5-HT2 receptor antagonist. Antipsychotic agent. Phenothiazine derivative. Shows strong antiadrenergic and weaker peripheral anticholinergic activity. Shows anxiolytic and sedative effects in vivo.
