The key enzyme activity provider in Pectinex UF is polygalacturonase hydrolysis in pectin and other 1,4- α- D-galactosiduronic bond pectin and other polygalacturonic acids.enzyme activity 3300 PGNU/gApproximate density value 1.17g/mlPH value pH 3.5-5Pectinex UF is a brown liquid with a slight fermentation odor. The color varies depending on the batch, and the depth of the color does not represent the level of enzyme activity.This product is not a genetically modified organism. Enzyme products are produced through microbial fermentation, but microorganisms do not remain in the product. The microorganisms used for production have not been improved using modern biotechnology.
