生化机理：Clinafloxacin inhibits both Topo II (DNA gyrase)and topoisomerase IV dually in Streptococcus pneumoniae. The compound has a broad-spectrum activity against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, aerobes and anaerobes. Studies comparing the inhibitory effects of the fluoroquinolones clinafloxacin, trovafloxacin, sparfloxacin, and ciprofloxacin demonstrated clinafloxacin having the greatest inhibition of Topo II (DNA gyrase) and topoisomerase IV.
