生化/生理作用

[(dihydroindenyl)oxy]acetic acid (DIOA) acts as a potent inhibitor of potassium/chloride (K+–Cl−) co-transporter. It does not exert its effects on bumetanimide-sensitive [Na+,K+,Cl-]-cotransport system.
